We provide information and advice on Funeral Planning and carry our own Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Ensure Inheritance is not a firm of Solicitors nor is it regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We do not draft the Legal documents nor do we give specific advice tailored to an individual’s circumstances. This is all carried out by our panel solicitors who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and have significant experience in this area of work.

Ensure inheritance aims to give you information to enable you to make an informed decision about proceeding with your Estate Planning and assist you in the instruction of Solicitors who will correspond with you directly to set this up. Where appropriate Ensure Inheritance provides you and your Trustees with tools to enable you to manage your Trust with no further expenditure in most circumstances yet ensuring the Trust is operated within the law.
